Stood at the counter waiting to place an order for approximately 5 min before the tall guy in the glasses with clear/translucent frames came up and told my GFand I that he would be with us in a minute. Stood there for another 10 minutes waiting for service. Watched the guy in the clear/translucent glasses ring 3 other people out, make a sandwich, and delegate to other employees during that 10 minute period. Bit my tongue and walked out. Never coming here again. If I could give a half star I would.April 20, 2017
